FAQs
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are scheduled online. Go to the Appointments tab at the top of the page and click on Appointments. It will take you to a calendar where you can schedule and manage your appointments.
How do I receive a Superbill to submit to my insurance?
At your appointment, mention this to your provider and it will be emailed to you after your appointment. You may submit this to your insurance for reimbursement.
How do I request a refill of my medication?
Please ensure that you do not already have refills ordered. You may look on your prescription bottle or contact your pharmacy. If you do not have any refills, please reach out to office via phone/email or text via our secure Spruce app.
How do I download the Spruce app?
The Spruce app ensures that all of our communication is private and secure. You have a couple of options to connect.

Where can I find the ZOOM link to join our meeting?
You will be sent a ZOOM link when your appointment is confirmed. It will also text you a reminder with the ZOOM link 1 hour prior to your appointment. Below is the link for your convenience as well.
